fisabio/pbugs: Run 'WinBUGS' or 'OpenBUGS' Models in Parallel
Call 'WinBUGS' or 'OpenBUGS' from your R session running multiple chains in parallel. Results are returned in an object of class 'bugs' and 'pbugs'. Functions have been adapted from the 'R2WinBUGS' package (Sturtz, Ligges and Gelman, 2005 <DOI:10.18637/jss.v012.i03>) or 'R2OpenBUGS' package.
