writes a pin file
Usage
1
writePINfile(data, dbhclasses, filename, seedData = NA, no_pft = NA)
Arguments
data
a matrix: plotnumber,species (as number),which dbhclass as index
dbhclasses
vector containing the dbh classes
filename
string of the new pin-file
seedData
string of the seed in every plot
no_pft
number of pfts.
