Arguments passed to llike.model.lmer().

Further thought: the call to lmerBayes.hyperllike.sigma() doesn't make sense, since llike.model.lmer() already does this; the probability of each set of parameters given the hyperparameters is already calculated.

To update fixed effects, can use full.llikelihood.lmerBayes. The fixed effects are used identically for every random effect.
