# This chunk named setup will run before any other code (https://goo.gl/BeM2Uu) set.seed(1014) knitr::opts_chunk$set( echo = TRUE, comment = "#>", collapse = TRUE, cache = FALSE, # Figures (http://r4ds.had.co.nz/) out.width = "70%", fig.align = "center", fig.width = 6, fig.asp = 0.618, fig.show = "hold" )
This document produces two types of output:
Both outputs will show a rendered version of this .Rmd file.
If you don't want the .html file you may add it to .gitignore -- an easy way to do this is with usethis::use_git_ignore()
. Or edit the yaml header of this file:
html_output
with github_output
.theme: united
.keep_md: true
.This is an R Markdown document. Markdown is a simple formatting syntax for authoring HTML, PDF, and MS Word documents. For more details on using R Markdown see http://rmarkdown.rstudio.com.
When you click the Knit button a document will be generated that includes both content as well as the output of any embedded R code chunks within the document. You can embed an R code chunk like this:
summary(cars)
You can also embed plots, for example:
plot(pressure)
Note that the echo = FALSE
parameter was added to the code chunk to prevent printing of the R code that generated the plot.
Add the following code to your website.
For more information on customizing the embed code, read Embedding Snippets.
