Our photobox consists of four parts:

1) Bottom (105 x 133 x 117 mm) -> Bottom.stl

2) Lid (110 x 140 x 112 mm) -> Lid.stl

3) Sample plate for up to 7 Lateral Flow Assays (90 x 110 x 10 mm) -> SamplePlate.stl

4) Adapter for Huawei P30 Pro (97 x 133 x 8 mm) -> P30Adapter.stl

We plan to add adapters for other smartphones in the future.

The 3D-printed parts were produced with an Ultimaker 3 3D-printer at 0.2mm layer height resolution in black and red PLA.

As LED light source we used:

UV-LED: NCSU276A UV SMD-LED on 10x10mm circuit board (Nichia, Japan) (P=780mW, λ=365nm center wavelength)

Power supply: SLP033SS (Eaglerise Electric, China)

Input: 100-240V AC (50/60 Hz, 0.08A)

Output: I=350mA, 0.5-10V DC

Heatsink: ICK S R 50 x 20 (Fischer Elektronik, Germany) (diam=50mm, h=20mm)

The LED-module was attached to the center of the heatsink with double sided heat conducting adhesive tape attached to the darkbox with heat resistant glue and wired according to the manufacturer's recommendation.
