frajaroco/scdcLISA: Spatial cluster detection and classification through LISA functions
Basic toolkit for cluster detection in spatial point patterns through local versions of the second-order characteristics wich seting a powerful tool to address the problem of classification. The LISA functions can then be grouped into bundles of similar local behaviour using multivariate hierarchical clustering techniques according to a particular statistical distances.
