Get SOLAR results
Description
This is a quick extractor of a SOLAR run results
Usage
get_SOLAR_results(out_dir, prefix = "x__")
Arguments
out_dir
A character specifying the base directory of the SOLAR analysis
prefix
A character specifying the character prefix used in the generation of the traits. my default is 'x__', if none is used, then input '""'. This step simply remove that prefix from the trait names
Value
A 'data.frame' with estimates, P-values and so on
