Contains the county, pollutant, sector, emissions (tons), and year for almost 59,000 observations.
Usage

Format
A dataframe with 58710 rows and 5 variables:
- COUNTY
Virginia county name, 134 counties of interest
- POLLUTANT
Type of pollutant
- SECTOR
Major source sectors used to categorize pollutants.
- EMISSIONS(TONS)
Pollutant emissions, measured in tons
- YEAR
Year of data collection.
