Phosphoproteomics is the usual name given by the analysis of phosphoproteomes. Phosphogo is the name of the package that uses phosphogodb (not yet on CRAN).

This is the first submission of phosphogodb.

One of the databases stored by phosphogodb is heavy. Its compression has been optimized to reduce its size and the database has been filtered stringently to keep only relevant informations. Phosphogodb is a dependency of the package phosphogo (not yet on CRAN). Phosphogodb has been created to be a database-only package to avoid updating often a heavy package.
