gavin-k-lee/visPed: Visualizes Pedigrees

This package contains some short scripts which can be interpreted as a fork of the kinship2 package where additional affection statuses can be shown in the context of cancer syndromes. It also contains a feature to convert compatible data frames into visNetwork plots specifically for pedigrees with disease affliction.
