geo047/HapSampler: QTL-marker haplotype builder
An MCMC implementation for constructing joint marker-QTL haplotypes and for approximating their probability from trait data and marker haplotypes. The trait data can be continuous or discrete. Functions are available for reading in the data, analysis, and summarising the results.
