Calculate the albedo value given geographical location and tau factor.

1	albedo(latitude, longitude, tau, coordinates_rounding = TRUE)

`latitude`	Planetary latitude, from -90° to io +90°.
`longitude`	Planetary longitude, from -180° to 180°.
`tau`	Optical depth.
`coordinates_rounding`
