Check peak areas
Description
This internal function check whether the peak areas of samples (masses 28 and 44) are 30
the target mass. Target masses are 200 ug C (m/s 44) and 40 ug N (m/z 28).
Usage
EA.check.peak.areas(results)
Arguments
results
List containing results from previous functions.
Value
Boolean dataframe that records whether sample mass of C and N are outside of the desired range (FALSE == within range).
