gisma/perfectPeak: Calculates the perfect peaks

perfectPeak is a package that combines the results of the Adavenced GIS course Marburg Geography. It provides the basic functions for calculating the parameters of dominance, prominence to determine the independence value of an peak. Furthermore there it contains functionality to initialise the R bindings to GRASS, SAGA and GDAL. The package has some aaditionally functionality in reading and using external data as Harrys Berliste and OSM data to derive the names of the peaks for Output. Finally ther is functionallity for simple webmapping of the results.
