gm209/gmtools: A collection of generic ML functions for Insurance Risk Modelling

Insurance Risk Modelling has remained unchanged for over 25 years. ML is not current accessible to Actuaries given the general lack of exposure to new tools & techniques. This package contains a number of accelerators which seek to short circuit the development process.
