In go-choppy/ChoppyReportR: A R SDK for Choppy Report System.

BioVisReportR

A R SDK for BioVis Report System. It contains color, input and config module.

• Color module is used to provide color palettes (Based on https://github.com/nanxstats/ggsci/).
• Input module is used to handle input data.
• Config module is used to handle config file.

Installation

Install BioVisReportR from CRAN:

install.packages("BioVisReportR")

Or try the development version on GitHub:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("go-choppy/BioVisReportR")
