The data frame is used by the function COLA to adjust dollar amounts to 2017 Louisville dollars.
Usage
COLA_df
Format
A data frame with four variables:
FIPSFIPS code
yearyear
rpp_indexThe RPP of Louisville divided by the RPP of FIPS for that particular year.
RPP values prior to 2008 are copied from 2008. RPP values from after 2015 are copied from 2015.
cpi_indexThe CPI index for 2017 divided by the CPI index for year
