Usage

setNewAttr(dat, at, nNew, scenario)
Arguments
dat
the current cohort
at
the current date
nNew
the number of new patients
scenario
the scenario's name
Value
This function returns the dat object with updated treatment status for each individual, and the cohort summary
in dat$epi with the number of lost to follow-up
lfu, and the number of patients treated onTrt at each time unit.
