This is not a general-use package, but you are free to use it and adapt it.
How to use
There are only a few functions relevant to adding new releases to the database, the primary one being release.

Installing the package
The package is not on CRAN, so it must be installed using devtools from Github:
devtools::install_github("grunwaldlab/oomycetedbtools")
