footprints provides access to practical implementation of flux footprint
modeling.
Installation
You can install the development version of footprints from
GitHub with:
# install.packages("devtools")
# devtools::install_github("grahamstewart12/footprints")
Features
- Three models: Hsieh et al. 2000, Kormann & Meixner 2001, Kljun et
al. 2015
- 1-D and 2-D versions of each model
- Simple interface for running models on large amounts of data
- Tools to support footprint cover analysis
- Spatial referencing
- Footprint visualization
- General tools for matrix manipulation
