Arguments

beta	The estimated parameters in latency survival function.
s	The estimated baseline survival rate.
th	The estiamted total baseline hazard rate.
Status	Right censoring status: 1 is death, 0 is censored.
X	The covaraites for latency survival function.
w	unobserved cure status indicator.
mort.h	background hazard rate from life table.
mort.s	background survival rate from life table.
ii	the number of observation.
