halpo/pivot: 'SQL' PIVOT and UNPIVOT
Extends the 'tidyverse' packages 'dbplyr' and 'tidyr' functionality with pivot(), i.e. spread(), and unpivot(), i.e. gather(), for reshaping remote tables. Currently only 'Microsoft SQL Server' is supported.
