This is a dataset containing isotope data collected for the SIDER
package.
Format
a data.frame containing isotopic data derived from controlled
feeding trials on birds and mammals.
- species
The species
binomial name.
- habitat
The species habitat (either marine or
terrestrial).
- taxonomic.class
The species taxonomic class
(either aves or mammalia).
- tissue
The measured tissue
(liver, blood, kidney, muscle, hair,
milk, feather, claws or , Collagen.
- source.iso.13C
The isotopic 13C delta of the food source.
- source.iso.15N
The isotopic 15N delta of the food source.
- delta13C
The tropic discrimination factor for delta 13C.
- delta15N
The tropic discrimination factor for delta 15N
