To insall simply input the following into R:

Download the Rpres file. This will walk you though my personal analysis. Run this in R, then you can view in a browser or in RStudio :).

Check all the help files, look at the code. Everything in this package should be running perfectly. Also browse the NAMESPACE and DESCRIPTION files to see that all required global enviroments are loaded (For the plotting section). Enjoy!
