In heddaost/XRF: Quick fix on x-ray flouresence planktondata
XRF
The goal of XRF is to convert x-ray flouresence (XRF) elemental composition data from kilo counts per second (kpcs) to micro molar per liter (um/L). The code is ueful when investigating the elemental compostion of the microbial community in water samples filtrated through GFF, PC and ANO filters.
Installation
You can install the released version of XRF from CRAN with:
install.packages("XRF")
Example
