1. I proofread my DESCRIPTION as request.
2. I remove the cat() from R/BTdecayLasso.R and R/BTdecayLasso.step2.R
3. I delete the part of setting seed to a specific number within a function

Update the package

Update the package to change the import package from "optimr" to "optimx". In addition, I change the maintainer's email address.
