Description

A dataset that contains sequences from ten uniprot IDs, and was read from a fasta file. All the sequences are randomly selected homo sapiens.

An object of class AAStringSet of length 10.

Details

@format A AAStringSet of length 10, length of the strings varies:

NAMES

Species name of each sequence (homo sapiens), in characters

start

The start index of each sequence, in integers

width

The length of each sequence, in integers
