Function that sithetalates from the thetaltivariate Laplace distributions.

Usage

rMultLaplace(m, theta, gamma, Sigma, sigma = 0.2, tau = 1)

Arguments

m	Numeric value, length of t vector.
theta	Numeric vector with length m.
Sigma	Matrix (m times m).
sigma	Numeric value (positive).
tau	Numeric value (positive).
theta	Numeric vector with length m.
kappa	Numeric value with length m.
