hessakh/MESgenCov: Generates input for the MES problem
This package performs multivariate normality tests on covariance matricies produced by pollutant monitoring data. Using the MVN and EnvStats package a user can asses the normality of the multivariate data and make changes to gaussianize the final multivariate distribution. The aim of this package is to streamline the process of getting a validinput for the Maximum Entropy Sampling Problem (MESP).
