simplechromosome
Description
A dataset containing simple chromosome information of the human chromosomes and number of basepairs
Usage
data(simplechromosome)
Format
A data frame with 24 rows and 2 variables:
- id
Identified for each of the 23 chromosome pairs in cell nuclei, including the X and Y chromosome; mitochondrial DNA is excluded.
- basepairs
Number of base pairs, based on a reference genome that does not represent the sequence of any specific individual (Data source: Ensembl genome browser release 87, December 2016 for most values).
