scramble: Scramble Function
In hkarp1/fuz.merge: This package provides functions to implement and aid in Fuzzy Matching

Function to change a selected number of characters for elements in a list

1	scramble(col, chars)

`col`	Data frame column or list to change
`chars`	Number of characters to change

Function will change the inputed number of characters from a list or column

New list with some of the characters of random elements changed

## Not run: 
congress$name <- scramble(congress$name, 2)
