hrbrmstr/punycode: Encode, Decode and Validate International Domain Names
A toolkit for encoding, decoding and validating international domain names (IDNA or Punycode formats). In order to build and install this package from source, the GNU IDN Library must be present on the system and is available as a package on most Linux distributions and installs cleanly on OS X and Windows.
