CyanoInterlabShinyApp is a website built with shiny to visualize and
analyze the data produce in the Cyano Interlab study.
Installation
You can install the development version of CyanoInterlabShinyApp like
so:
devtools::install_github("hugo-pH/CyanoInterlabShinyApp")
How to run the app:
To run the app locally, you can first load the package:
library(CyanoInterlabShinyApp)
And then run the app:
run_app()
