Liver gene expression data (n = 135) from female mice [1] are freely downloaded from The Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO; http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo) with
accession number GSE2814.
The files here contain:
1. FemaleLiver-Data.zip: the raw data necessary for running examples.

process_data_DrGA.R: R code examples to process the raw data from scratch before inputting them to DrGA.

processed_data_DrGA.RData: Processed data are available to run DrGA immediately.

output_MS.zip: Gained results from running DrGA.
