This folder reproduce the figures and table in paper "Prioritizing Autism Risk Genes using Personalized Graphical Models Estimated from Single Cell RNA-seq Data"

Figure 1 can be reproduced by "model estimation and explanation/analyze data.R"

Figure 4, Figure S3, Figure S4, Figure S5 can be reproduced by "model estimation and explanation/scRNA-seq_estimation.r"

Figure 5, Figure S6, Figure S7, Figure S8 can be reproduced by "model estimation and explanation/scRNA-seq_find_edge.R" and the code in folder "demonstrate the results"

Table S5 can be reproduced by "simulation result/compare_time.R"

Figure S11 can be reproduced by "simulation result/compare_with_gold_standard.R"
