In i40poster/geoSampaRHelper: Provide helpers functions to process geosampa data

Overview

The goal of this project is to provide a helper lib to handle Sao Paulo/SP/Brazil Geo Data

Observation

This lib will work best if you use in a RStudio custom install that is described at i40poster/geoFracker.

Use

### Loading layer of data:

Abastecimento3 <- readOGR(dsn=Abastecimento$dir[1], layer=Abastecimento$shapeclass[3])

## 1,2,3 seems to have the same data of 4,5,6
## Data from the source are provided in to formats,
## creating replication if you merge all the content.
