In ices-tools-dev/sfdQC: Functions to produce quality control reports and plots for ICES WGSFD VMS data and products

sfdQC

sfdQC provides functions to support the quallity control of fishery VMS (vessel monitoring system) data.

sfdQC is implemented as an R package and available on GitHub.

Installation

sfdQC can be installed from GitHub using the devtools package install_github command:

The current development version can be installed using:

library(devtools)
install_github("ices-tools-dev/sfdQC")

Usage

For a summary of the package:

library(sfdQC)
?sfdQC
