frlgmm3D

Miscellaneous convenience functions around geometric morphometric analyses of 3D face data. This is my first attempt at compiling a package - it is certainly not pretty.

Installation

You can install the released version of frlgmm3D from GitHub with:

devtools::install_github("iholzleitner/frlgmm3D")

Most of the functions in this package are just tweaks on existing functions written by others, and for some functions code has been actually adopted verbatim:
