ijlyttle/codefolder: Enable per-page code-folding for Bookdown and Distill
Neither the distill package nor the bookdown package support code-folding natively. This is an attempt to make this a little easier in the meantime. It is based on this Stack Overflow answer: <https://stackoverflow.com/a/45501553> by Sébastien Rochette.
