Default mutator of the field OptMeth of the object taken in an argument.
Usage

setOptMeth(rfo, optmeth)
Arguments
rfo

optmeth
[character(1)]
new name the of optimization program.
Value
[RegFitObj(1)]
the object taken in the argument.
