In iml-assess/DFOdata: Extract data from DFO databases
Raw data
odbc_data_selection: file that determines what columns/tables will be extracted for bio and lf.
odbc_tables: shows for which species key tables are available (bio and lf). correct species names.
Metadata is available in the odbc databases (pecpro_prov, etc.), but in French. The csv files here are translations.
