Arguments
sheet
Excel sheet with name "Coal - Trade movements" or "Oil - Trade movements" from BP File
prefix
Prefix to add to variable name. Preferably Oil or Coal, respectively.
Value
A tibble with all trade values in the irenabpdata database format
