Scale ExposomeSet
Description
Performs the scaling operation of the exposures centering by mean
and dividing by the standard deviation.
Usage
exposome_scale_exposuresDS(Set, means, sds)
Arguments
Set
ExposomeSet to be centered
means
numeric vector that contains the means of each exposure
sds
numeric vector that contains the standard deviations of each exposure
Value
ExpressionSet with the exposures scaled
