In jacksonschan/lzdm: LA County Zip Desirability Map

ZipValue LA County Zip Explorer

The purpose of ZipValue is to make exploring real estate in LA County easier by visualizing home value data by zip code.

Installation

• Before installing the package in R, you must first install/update to the latest version of GDAL on your local machine (system req for the rgdal package): https://gdal.org/download.html

• For MacOS: First install Homebrew if you don't already have it: https://brew.sh/, then run brew install gdal in terminal (or brew upgrade gdal to update to the latest version).

• Once GDAL is installed/updated, you can install and run the tool in R locally with:

Releases

• 2020-08-06 (v0.1): First release with ZHVI home values filter/view only
