Ecosystem-based fishery stock assessment models and examples interoperating with aegis, bio, and carstm packages.
To install you need to bootstrap from github directly:
remotes::install_github( "jae0/aegis.carstm" )
You will probably want to have aegis installed on your system if you want to use this.
