getTiles()
This function returns the tiles, based on the coordinates
Example to obtain the titles of the state of Mato Grosso
First define the coordinates A, B, and C
getTiles(-7,-62,-7,-50,-18,-62)
[1] "h11v09|h12v09|h13v09|h11v10|h12v10|h13v10"
