Wrapper around sprintf and dir.create.
Usage

buildOutputPath(root, format.string, ...)
Arguments
root
[character(1)]
Root path.
format.string
[character(1)]
Format string for sprintf.
...
[any]
Further atomic values passed down as arguments to sprintf.
Value
[invisible(character(1))] Silently returns the build path.
As a side effect the path is generated.
