Get data.table queries logs

logical if TRUE then will remove list type columns from the result.
chain
logical if TRUE then aggregated logs to full chains
purge
logical when TRUE it will clear dtq logs and return empty data.table
Details
timestamp represents the time of query (or chain) log after it is evaluated.
