This package implements the Bradley-Terry for Urban Network (BTUN) model. It can be used to investigate data sets where judges compared different urban areas. It computes the level of deprivation of each area being considered, and can rank them from least to most deprived. The method uses a registered Gaussian Process to learn the spatial structure of the level of deprivation across the areas.
