laggedcor: lagged corrrelation

laggedcor is a part of tidywearable.

The laggedcor is an R package used to calculate the lagged correlation for omics and wearable data.

Installation

You can install laggedcor from GitHub.

if(!require(devtools)){
install.packages("devtools")
}
devtools::install_github("jaspershen/laggedcor")

Then you can use laggedcor_install() to install all the packages in laggedcor.

library(laggedcor)
